Deliverables
Deliverables for consulting engagements are frequently customized based on your needs. However, we often are engaged to analyze custom written applications with the goal of improving performance, scalability and reliability. In this case, a standard set of deliverables are developed.
For example, we are sometimes asked to consult on .NET application performance. In these cases we plan an initial review, followed by a report of our findings, and in some cases, an option where we might implement the recommendations we have made.
At the conclusion of the initial review period RTO will generate report that:

Identifies client code executables (i.e. .EXE or .DLL) which contain .NET code areas where performance improvement is needed and possible.
Provides examples of .NET configuration and coding techniques that you should apply to the identified areas.
Provides examples of performance monitoring techniques that will allow the you to validate the performance benefits of proposed changes, and allow tuning of .NET applications using RTO products.

Includes a plan for testing and implementation of proposed changes, as an option, based on availability of resources.
