Kevin Goodman - Founder, President & CEO
Kevin Goodman founded RTO Software in 2000 with a mission to improve the
performance, throughput and scalability of applications throughout the enterprise.
A 20-year veteran in the software industry, Goodman has had successful management roles
in a number of private and publicly held high-tech companies including
Digital Communications Associates, Automated Design Systems and Softblox.
Goodman is the author of two books published by M&T Publishing - Windows
NT: A Developer's Guide, and Building Windows 95 Applications, and has
been a frequent contributor to several computer industry magazines.
Goodman has also been awarded two patents.
Mike Van Frayen - Vice President Sales
Over the course of his 25 year career, Mike Van Frayen has held roles as Sales Manager, Marketing Manager,
Product Manager and Director of Technical Support. Before moving into his current role, Mike served as a
Territory Sales Manager for RTO Software where he was responsible for both domestic and international product sales.
For over 9 years as a Territory Sales Manager at RTO, he was engaged in end-user sales as well as cultivation of
reseller partner relationships. Mike’s past experience includes management roles at International Business Machines,
XcelleNet and Digital Communications Associates.
