The complexity of some of these new applications together with the increase in users meant their Citrix servers were not delivering the same level of performance as when they were first installed. Somerset Medical Center® is a nationally accredited, 355-bed regional medical center providing a variety of comprehensive emergency, medical/surgical and rehabilitative services to Central New Jersey residents. Electronic Healthcare Systems, Inc. develops and markets system solutions to physicians who are leading the way to clinical excellence and practice efficiency through automation.  Their core software product, CareRevolution, provides clinical, operational and financial support to physicians. TScale Adds Volume for Cuyahoga County Public Library Application Users
Cuyahoga County Public Library (CCPL) is one of the largest public library systems in the country. It supports a system of 28 branches located through out the Cleveland, Ohio suburbs. CCPL needed the ability to provide more capacity on existing servers for users and to ensure memory availability for peak periods. Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Inc. is the country’s largest network of home building franchises, with more than 13,000 homes sold in the southeast since 1980. By 2000 it had 31 franchised building operations in more than 60 communities in Florida running hosted applications on their servers. Business was growing so fast franchisees needed more room to maximize the performance of their customer service applications. Ironically, the age-old question of whether to move or renovate existing room was firmly resolved with use of RTO TScale®.  RTO TScale® increased the number of concurrent sessions supported, reduced page file utilization, decreased virtual memory consumed and reduced page faults without the addition of more servers.

Hines Associates Recovers Resources and Improves Bottom Line with Solutions from RTO Software
Hines Associates is an independent managed care company which provides medical management services for self-funded employers, insurance carriers, PPOs, third-party administrators, funds and municipalities. After a hardware upgrade, Hines’ customers had growing frustrations about system lag times on server-based applications – resulting in lost revenue and increased support costs.
