Services Overview
At RTO, we are committed to helping our customers reduce the time and cost

availability and management solutions. We have therefore designed our
services and support programs to accommodate unique customer
requirements. RTO works primarily with Systems Integrators to support a wide
range of services including expert consulting, training, enhancement,
troubleshooting, support services and more, all of which are designed to
help you achieve your business and technology goals.
Professional Services
Professional services are primarily delivered by RTO's Systems Integrator
partners and may include architecture and design consulting for implementing
a comprehensive application availability and management solutions around
RTO's products, product customization services, plus a variety of other
services to help maximize the value of your investment in our products and
in other complementary RTO Partner products that will give you a complete
solution.
Enabling Services
In addition to general professional services RTO focuses on the following
three enabling services as part of the service offering. RTO recognizes that
customers need such services to derive the maximum value out of RTO's
application availability and management solutions. They are:
Business Scorecard mapping Service to align IT and Business Metrics
Infrastructure Operational Analysis Service to identify potential hardware & software consolidation and rationalization
Infrastructure Optimization Service to fine-tune application performance

Training
RTO training is designed to help enterprise IT users manage, monitor and
report on IT application infrastructure behavior and its impact on business
performance. The training not only focuses on coming up to speed quickly on
the use of RTO's market leading products but also gives you best practices
to give you a better handle to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of
your IT Infrastructure. We offer group training at our facilities
in Atlanta, GA and also offer on-site and customized training to meet your
specific requirements.
Support
At RTO, we know that great support ensures the highest level of success. Our
support services team stands ready to help with everything from product
installation, configuration, application, general product questions and
other support issues.
